Dictator or not?
Based upon what we have learned so far in the powerpoint notes, read through the following articles and decide whether or not Paul Kagame of Rwanda should be considered a dictator or not.

The Old and The New
Slavery has been a part of many societies around the world beginning with some of the earliest civilizations. What we may not realize is that this institution still exists. Read through the following link from BBC News and answer the following questions with well supported answers in at least one paragraph per question.
